Notice of Acceptance (pcn issued by post)

If you receive a Notice of Acceptance further to a pcn issued by post the case is closed and you will not have to pay the penalty and you need take no further action

There are 2 types of a notice of acceptance one for when the owner is not liable and one where the penalty charge notice is cancelled. They both amount to the same thing in that you do not have to pay the PCN. These are samples used in London but are similar to those used elsewhere.
