Charge Certificate (pcn issued at the scene)

A charge certificate for a pcn issued at the scene will increase the amount of the penalty by 50% and allows you just 14 days to pay at this rate before further action can be taken against you

 

A charge certificate can be issued if you have failed to. –

Pay the penalty charge notice or make representations within 28 days of the issue of a notice to owner.

Within 28 days of receipt of a notice of rejection against a formal representation either paid the penalty charge or submitted an appeal to the independent parking adjudicator

Within 28 days of an adjudicators decision to reject your appeal not paid the penalty charge.

Pay the enforcement authority within 14 days of withdrawing your appeal to the adjudicator.

Within 28 days of receipt of a notice of rejection against a representation either paid the penalty charge or submitted an appeal to the independent parking adjudicator

Within 28 days of an adjudicators decision to reject your appeal not paid the penalty charge.
